Express & Echo Sports Awards in association with the Exeter Foundation - 19th January 2012

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Express & Echo’s Sports Awards 2012, in association with the Exeter Foundation. This inaugural event will celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations that contribute to the rich variety of talent this area has to offer.

The event will take place on the 19th January 2012 at Sandy Park, Exeter. The evening is set to be a celebration of local talent and achievement whether professional or amateur.

For further information on the Sports Awards or if you would like to nominate or enter the award please follow the link below. Tickets will go on general release in November to attend this prestigious event. Individual tickets are £75 per head or a table of 10 can be purchased for £700.

Tony Rowe, the chief executive of the Chiefs and chairman of the Foundation is proud to be associated with the first Express & Echo Sports Awards, as it not only champions the talent in the area but rallies the people of Exeter to support their local sporting heroes. The concept of such triumph of local achievements is not only in keeping with the ethos of the Foundation, it is a key to bringing local ownership to local talent.
