'Colour in Keith' raises £821 for Exeter Foundation
The Exeter Foundation has been presented with a cheque for £810 from Foundation XV member RGB Building Supplies, after a member of their team dyed his hair violet to raise funds for the charity.
RGB driver Keith Thomas invited customers to make a donation to his 'Colour in Keith' appeal and vote on what colour or pattern his hair became - with purple being the eventual winner.
Keith Thomas commented: "A huge thank you to all of our customers who made a donation, and to RGB who matched the amount that was raised. RGB is a big supporter of the Exeter Foundation and has pledged to raise over £1,500 before July, so I'm delighted to have got our fundraising off to a great start, even if it does mean I'll look a bit outrageous for a few weeks!"
Keith's appeal raised £410.50 in total, which RGB match funded to double the total.
