Applying to be a Designated Charity for 13/14 Season

The deadline for all designated applications for the 13/14 season is the 30th April 2013.

The Foundation has 18 designated Charities that are committed to bucket collections at home games for the Exeter Chiefs for the specific season.  No other organisations are allowed to bucket collect at these games other than these specified desingated charities.

Each charity or organisation that has been successful within their application will be committing themselves to finding bucket collectors to cover the whole ground (approx 12-14 people) for at least one match for that season.  This is explained in more detail at the stage of acceptance to the application

The seasons run from August through to July.  All applications for the upcoming season will be decided in the May previous to that season, so for example – May 2013 decision will be made on the applications received for the 2013/14 season that will be due to start in the August.

Please note that no organisations will be automatically rolled over to the next year.  All organisation must reapply year on year.
